Moderation! Balance! Consistency! How do you know what is enough or not?

So where do you start with it all? How do you balance it all and get into the right mindset and flow with it all? It is all about staying away from the extremes, like nutrition go to one extreme and you will be more likely to become overweight or obese, the other extreme is underweight or malnourished so the balance would be in the middle, and that is only what you see externally there is so much more going on internally that you may not be aware of. Same with exercise too much and you could end up injured or pulling something that could result in having to stop for a while, too little and your body will suffer from the inactivity, mobility issues, flexibility and disease. So you need to try to balance it all out and stay on track, take it one day at a time and one meal at a time, stay focused and you will find that equilibrium that will make you feel more positive, confident and hopefully for-filled.

As with everything you can not change everything overnight, or all at once, you did not get to where you are in 24 hours, so do not expect to change it that quick just work on it every day and make small changes and keep a track of it so you can look back in a few months and see how far you have come. Not only will this keep you motivated but will also show you what you can achieve, and what more you can achieve if you set your mind to it and pace yourself.

You only get one chance at this life, so you may as well make it the best life that you can in as many ways as you can
